Success

Wallet verified. Continue your brief. This does not mean provider delivery is complete.

Pending

Payment is processing. Keep this tab open while Stripe confirms the order.

Canceled

Payment was not completed. No cards were added and no brief was changed.

Failed

Payment could not be completed. No cards were added. Return to the brief or choose cards again.

Success / not delivered

Cards can be ready while delivery is still pending. Do not show final files until provider and quality states confirm them.

Provider unavailable / no-charge

The provider is not ready right now. Your brief is saved and no service cards were used.

Provider failed / refund pending

If generation fails after cards are used, show refund pending until wallet records confirm the result.

Refunded

Show refunded only when account or order records confirm service cards were returned.

Admin review required

If wallet and order records disagree, hold the final label and ask support to review the run.

Wallet check

Secure review is not the same as final delivery.

Checkout can add cards or stay pending, but provider delivery, refunds, and wallet/order matching need separate confirmation.
