Q&A

A simpler way to buy digital creative help.

Afterhours is for founders, creators, and small shops who want useful AIGC output without learning every tool, every prompt trick, or every production setting.

What is Afterhours?

A guided online service counter for AIGC work. You buy service cards, answer focused questions, and receive downloadable outputs such as image directions, posters, cards, copy drafts, or campaign content.

Why not just use AI directly?

You can. Afterhours is for people who prefer a cleaner path: fewer blank screens, fewer technical choices, and a brief builder that asks what is missing before production begins.

How does checkout work?

Select cards in the cart, enter your email, pay by Visa or Mastercard, and your first purchase creates a member account automatically. Your card balance appears in the top-right account area.

Can I upload references?

Yes. Before generation, you can upload up to 3 artwork reference images in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. Each file can be up to 10 MB and is designed to be cleared after the order is completed.

What happens after generation?

Each order shows three delivery cards with generating states. When complete, you can download image work as JPG, PNG, or PDF. Copy and article work can be downloaded as PDF or TXT.

What about .ai or .psd files?

You can add HK$68 for .ai/.psd vector export. This is marked as manual processing because those files require human preparation before delivery.

Is there a word limit?

Customer requirements are limited to 2000 characters per order. Article-style outputs are capped at 10,000 words to keep delivery useful and reviewable.

Is my information protected?

Your uploaded or typed information is used for the order workflow and is not used for model training. Non-member generated files are retained for 7 days so you have time to download them.
